Staple in the Panther outfield, starting 46 times and playing 48 games in center with outstanding range... Started the season on a tear at the plate, batting .429 over the first half of the season in leading the Panthers to the fastest start in school history... Finished the season batting .310 with 58 hits, including a career-high 15 doubles and five home runs... Scored 39 runs while driving in 27... Stole 10 bases in 14 attempts... Laid down eight sacrifice bunts, third-most on team... Committed just one error in 130 chances, fielding .992... Used his speed at the plate to lead the team with 16 bunt hits and on the basepaths, tying for third on the team with 12 stolen bases...Also collected five sacrifice bunts during his second season with the Panthers...Made 36 starts in the outfield, finishing the regular season with 47 appearances...Batted .324 with a .427 on base percentage...Scored three runs in a game seven times the season and collected a pair of four hit games, the last coming against UNC Asheville on March 8th...Went 4-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBIs in the second game of a doubleheader with North Carolina Central on March 6th...Two days later, went 4-for-5 with two runs scored against UNC Asheville...Collected two hits in each of the games against VCU (April 23-25).

Sat out the season with an injury...Had two years of eligibility remaining entering the 2010 season.

Played for Chipola Junior College, helping the squad to the FCCAA State Championship, while batting .295.
