ATLANTA – Fresh off of a Wednesday night victory, the Panthers remain on the road as they head to Clinton, S.C. to take on Presbyterian this Saturday, September 5^th at 7:00 p.m.
 
SERIES HISTORY 
Georgia State will be facing the Blue Hose for the 11^th time since 2008. The Panthers have dominated the series with a 9-1-0 record, with their only loss coming back in 2009. GSU remains undefeated in the 2026 season and looks to keep the momentum going with another win against Presbyterian.
 
SCOUTING THE BLUE HOSE
Presbyterian enters Sunday's match 0-4-0 on the season, led by Head Coach Nick Finotti in his fourth season. This will be the Blue Hose's first game of the September slate. They last played on Monday, Aug. 31, falling 0-3 to Navy on the road.
 
PANTHERS RALLY
GSU rallied from a two-goal hole, defeating Lipscomb 4-2 on Wednesday, Sept. 2 in Nashville, Tenn.

The Panthers were down 2-0 going into the second half. Kenny Yedmel put the Panthers on the board in the 50^th minute with his second goal of the season, assisted by Virgil Dall'Agnol. Sandro Rabarivony was able to tie it up for GSU with his first goal of the season in the 76^th minute. Three minutes later, Emmanuel Amede scored his first goal of the season to put the Panthers ahead 3-2. Rabarivony scored again for GSU in the 80^th minute.

The Panthers were able to keep the Bison out of scoring position for the remainder of the match.

Georgia State is ranked second in the Sun Belt in shots on goal per game, and third in total points and total goals.
