ATLANTA -- Georgia State trailed Coastal Carolina 1-0 at the half, but fought back to tie the game at 1-1 on Sunday, Sept. 27 at home at the GSU Soccer Complex.
The draw moved GSU's record to 5-3-2 overall and 0-1-1 in Sun Belt play.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Coastal Carolina was first to put a point on the board in the first half.
Damian Segura answered, scoring his first goal of the season to even the match for the Panthers. Emmanuel Amede assisted on the goal.
Georgia States defense was able to keep the Chanticleers from scoring in the remainder of the match.
