ATLANTA – Georgia State men's basketball announces its 2026-27 Sun Belt Conference schedule, as released by the league office on Thursday afternoon.
 
The Panthers are set to play a 19-game conference slate, featuring nine home games at the GSU Convocation Center and 10 road matchups across the Sun Belt footprint.
 
Conference play tips off with back-to-back road contests before the new year, as Georgia State travels to Monroe, La. to face ULM on Dec. 5, followed by a trip to Harrisonburg, Va. to take on James Madison on Dec. 16. 
 
The Panthers resume play after a brief holiday break, hosting Southern Miss on Dec. 31, followed by Louisiana on Jan. 2.
 
Georgia State hits the road again to face 2025-26 Sun Belt Tournament champions Troy on Jan. 6 before heading to Jonesboro, Ark. to take on Arkansas State on Jan. 9. 
 
The Panthers then settle in for a stretch of four-of-six games at home to close out January, beginning on Jan. 14 with Marshall. Georgia State then travels to Boone, N.C. to take on App State (Jan. 16). 
 
On Jan. 20, the Panthers play host to in-state rival Georgia Southern and then welcome James Madison to Atlanta on Jan. 23. Georgia State hits the road briefly to face Marshall (Jan. 28) before closing out the month at home against Coastal Carolina (Jan. 30).
 
Georgia State opens February on the road with a trip to Old Dominion (Feb. 3) and then returns home to face South Alabama on Feb. 13. The Panthers travel to Conway, S.C. for their second matchup against Coastal Carolina on Feb. 17.
 
The Panthers close out their home slate of the season with back-to-back home games against App State (Feb. 20) and Old Dominion (Feb. 23). Georgia State wraps up the regular-season schedule on the road for a second matchup against in-state rival Georgia Southern on Feb. 26.
