ATLANTA -- Georgia State softball dropped game three 6-0 to the ULM Warhawks on Sunday afternoon at Bob Heck Softball Complex.
Makayla Stephens took the start, fanning eight batters through the first five innings.
HOW IT HAPPENED
UL Monroe took the lead early in the first inning with a double to left-center bringing in a runner to take the 1-0 advantage.
The Warhawks continued to grow their lead through the third inning as they plated one run.
ULM gained a 3-0 lead in the fourth with a home run to left-field.
The Warhawks gained three more runs through the fifth and sixth innings off of a Panther miscue, a single and a double.
ULM closed out the game with a 6-0 lead.
