ATLANTA-- Georgia State women's track & field amass a total of 29 top five finishes in split squad meets this Saturday at UAB and Life University.

A pair of seniors continue their winning ways as
Zayna Fray takes first in the weight throw (19.58m) and Ana Cubillo in the 5000-meter (17:50.71).
Anna Warren (3000-meter, 10:58.30),
Gabrielle Key (triple jump, 11.40m),
Kinsley Williams (shot put, 11.86m) and the Panthers 4x400 B team (4:09.46) comprised of
Justein Whyte,
Janiyah Alibey,
Kyla Ramey, and
Brittney Green also finished atop the podium.

Georgia State finished the weekend with a slew of second place finishers.
Destinee Frink (3000-meter, 10:23.54), Mencia Maruri (5000-meter, 18:15.84),
Janiyah Alibey (400-meter, 59.01),
Justein Whyte (200-meter, 25.74),
Zariah Jacobs (800-meter, 2:35.94),
Paxton Kirby (1 mile, 5:38.01), the 4x400 A team (
Alonna Depalma,
Kaitlyn Jones,
Dania Staley,
Keniya Walker, 3:45.95), and the 4x800 (
Sessen Mahari,
Zariah Jacobs,
Anna Warren,
Charlotte Tooze, 10:46.91) team all came away with silver medals.

Maya Anderson placed third in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.53.
Justein Whyte finished third in the 400-meter running it in 59.86 seconds.
Shannon Cook also drew a third place finish after a time of 19:27.50 in the 5000-meter.

Mia Brown (400-meter, 1:00.18, 200-meter, 26.11) and
London Cox (5000-meter, 19:27.50, 3000-meter, 11:09.13) obtained two fourth place finishes, while
Jayla Kennedy (200-meter, 24.43),
Alonna Depalma (400-meter, 56.23),
Nova Rhodes (long jump, 5.20m), and
Kinsley Williams (weight throw, 14.40m) also finished fourth in their respective events. Â
