ATLANTA – Georgia State men's soccer will hold open tryouts for all prospective student athletes on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at the GSU Soccer Complex (188 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Atlanta, GA 30312), beginning at 10:00 a.m.

All persons who wish to try out must be enrolled as a full-time student at Georgia State University's downtown campus.    

Please follow the steps below in order to be cleared for tryouts.  You will not be eligible to try out unless you have full clearance.

After obtaining a physical and filling out all required medical paperwork, prospects are required to be checked off by the Sports Medicine Department at the GSU Soccer Complex between the hours of 12-1:00 pm on one of the following dates: January 12, 13, 15, 20, 22.  At that time, prospects will also be required to turn in all completed medical paperwork. The reminader of the form (Academics and Compliance) will be filled out by the Georgia State athletic department.  

Prospects who have been cleared to tryout will receive an email a few days prior to the tryout date.

Please keep in mind, the minimum GPA requirement for tryouts is a 2.5 average. Prospects with anything lower than the minimum requirement will be ineligible for tryouts.
 
Completed paperwork is due January 22^nd no exceptions.
***Participants must have active health insurance***
 
***Participants must be free to train Monday - Friday from 10-12pm***
