Georgia State Announces Fall 2025 GPA Report

ATLANTA — Georgia State Athletics announces the Fall 2025 term GPA, led by another standout performance from the men's tennis program. 

Men's tennis earned its third consecutive Male Team GPA Award after leading the Panthers with a 4.06 team GPA. Women's tennis also delivered an exceptional term, earning the Women's Team GPA Award with a 4.02 GPA. Both tennis programs produced near-perfect academic performances across their entire rosters.

Georgia State Athletics posted a 3.20 overall grade-point average for the term, with women's programs recording a 3.49 GPA and men's teams finishing at 2.99. Every women's team finished with at least a 3.03 GPA, while several men's programs posted marks well above 3.50.

Several teams also showed strong academic growth, as women's soccer, men's soccer and men's golf each recorded notable GPA increases compared to the combined Fall 2024–Spring 2025 academic terms, reflecting continued momentum across the department.

Individually, beach volleyball's Michaela Jefferson led all Georgia State student-athletes in GPA for the fall, while men's soccer's Leo Kriel topped the men's programs with a 4.28 GPA.

Georgia State student-athletes were also recognized in large numbers for their academic achievement. A total of 244 Panthers earned spots on university academic lists during the fall semester, including 64 on the President's List for a 4.0 or higher GPA, 112 on the Dean's List with GPAs between 3.50 and 3.99, and 68 on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for GPAs between 3.00 and 3.49.
