ATLANTA-- After falling to James Madison just one month earlier, Georgia State heads to Harrisonburg, Va. to face the Dukes on Thursday evening at the
Atlantic Union Bank Center.
Georgia State and James Madison are meeting for the 18th time in program history. The Panthers are 8-9 in the series after falling to the Dukes at home
on Jan. 25, 2025, 86-79.

> Georgia State defeated Appalachian State 70-65 on Feb. 15 to secure a 2-0 week in the GSU Convocation Center. Cesare Edwards averaged 26.5 ppg, including a double-double, to earn Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week honors.

> Senior Guard Zarique Nutter and senior forward Nick McMullen both scored their thousandth career point in the Panthers' 97-64 win over ULM (Feb. 5).
> After falling to Marshall at home just one week earlier, the Panthers took down the Herd 85-81 on the road on Jan. 30.

> Led by Nick McMullen, who is second in the conference and ranks 17th nationally in rebounds per-game, the Panthers' 37.89 rebounds per-game ranks fourth in the Sun Belt.
> Georgia State's scoring offense ranks third in the Sun Belt, averaging 75.4. Center Cesare Edwards leads the panthers and the Sun Belt in total points with 441.
> Nick McMullen is second in the Sun Belt in every rebounding category, including total rebounds (260, ranks 13th nationally), rebounds per-game (9.6, ranks 17th nationally), defensive rebounds per-game (6.44, ranks 26th nationally) and offensive rebounds (3.19 ranks 32nd nationally).
Georgia State hits the road for the remainder of the season, facing Old Dominion (Feb. 22), Coastal Carolina (Feb. 26) and Georgia Southern (Feb. 28).
