ATLANTA-- Georgia State University's football team is just one day away from their highly anticipated season opener against Chattanooga. The game kicks off at 7 p.m. at Center Parc Credit Union Stadium, and there's plenty you need to know to make the most of your game day experience.

Event Information

  • Gates Open: 5:30 p.m. (90 minutes prior to kickoff)
  • Kickoff: 7:00 p.m.
  • Fan From Day One: A special tradition for freshmen, offering them a chance to run out of the tunnel with the team.

Digital Ticketing

  • Access Tickets: Easily view and manage your tickets through the GSU mobile app.
  • Student Event Pass: Students can add their PIN Student Event Pass from PIN.GSU.EDU.

Free Student Shuttles

  • Service Start: Three hours before kickoff, with pickups at The Commons.
  • Service End: Continues until an hour and a half after the game concludes.

Parking

  • Season Ticket Holder Lots: Located in Summerhill A and Green Lot.
  • Student Parking: Available in the Blue Lot with a PIN Student Event Pass.
  • Single Game Parking: Purchase in advance at app.parkmobile.io.

Road Closures

  • Georgia Ave.: Closed four hours before kickoff to ensure smooth game day traffic.

#FanFromDay1

The Panthers will host the #FanFromDay1 event, a beloved tradition for welcoming the 2024 incoming freshmen. Freshmen who have signed up will have the unique opportunity to run out of the tunnel with the football team. Participants must check in at the marketing tent outside of Gate 8 by 6:15 p.m. to collect their exclusive #FFD1 t-shirt and get in line. Tailgating

Tailgating is encouraged at all Georgia State football games. Fans can enjoy the festivities at the Center Parc Stadium Plaza (for students and PAC members) and various surrounding parking lots, including:
