BIRMINGHAM, AL— Georgia State scored silver and bronze medals after
Keniya Walker and
Maleah Heard scored personal bests at in the Sun Belt Indoor Track and Field Championships on Tuesday.
Keniya Walker led the panthers at the conference championships after finishing second overall in the 400-meter with a personal-best 54.97 time. She placed first in the qualifiers with a personal-best 54.95 time to advance to finals.
Maleah Heard followed Walker, finishing third overall in the 200-meter race with a personal-best 23.87 time. She ran a personal best 24.14 time in the qualifying round to advance to finals.
Keniya Walker also qualified for the final round in the 200-meter event after posting a personal-best 24.41 time to finish first.
The Panthers had seven runners advance to the final rounds at the Sun Belt Conference tournament championship.

Jada McBean finished seventh overall in the 60-meter event with a 7.56 time. She finished the qualifying round with a 7.51 time to advance to finals.
> The Panthers' 4X400-m relay finished seventh with a 3:47.67 time.

Ronasche Fluker finished with an 11.97-meter distance in the triple jump finals.
Toni Eason finished with an 11.75-meter distance, and
Jessica James finished with an 11.72-meter distance in the event.

Gabrielle Key scored a personal-best in the triple jump with an 11.53 distance.
Nyah Brown finished with a season-best 11.19-meters.

Valissa Brown also qualified for finals after finishing in fifth with an 8.48 time.

Blake Blakemore finished ninth in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best 7.56 time. She also participated in the 200-meter dash, running a 24.56 time.

Valissa Brown posted a personal-best 5.77 meters in the long jump to finish ninth.

Camarii Tellis scored a 7.63 time in the 60-meter event. She also participated in the 200-meter dash, posting a 24.50 time.

Lailah Palmer posted a personal-best 34.80 time in the 200-meter event.

Brittney Green posted a 59.50 time in the 400-meter ebent.

Justein Whyte finished with a 1:00.12 time in the 400-meter event, followed by
Celes Augustus with a 1:02.44 time.
Morgan Manley clocked a 1:02.68 time.

Kennedy Morris finished the 800-meter prelims with a 2:16.80 time, followed by
Laure Kidukula with a 2:21.17 time.

Camarii Tellis posted 5.7-meters in the long jump. Jayda Pasrons jumped for 5.45-meters, and
Marie Tchocksi jumped for 5.36-meters.
