ATLANTA— Hosting in-state foe Georgia at the GSU Soccer Complex on Thursday night, the Georgia State women's soccer team fell to the Bulldogs, 3-0, on Thursday. Head Coach Ed Joyce and the Panthers move to 2-1-2 with the loss.

GSU opened the home match in Atlanta playing host to UGA for the third time in program history. The Panthers have faced UGA eight times since 2007.

The Panthers fell behind early following back-to-back goals by UGA in the 16th minute. UGA recorded a third goal in the 74th minute to add to its lead, and GSU dropped the match against UGA by a final count of 3-0.
