Basketball Teams Tour New GSU Convocation Center

ATLANTA -- The Georgia State men's and women's basketball teams got their first look at the new Georgia State University Convocation Center, which is nearing completion.

New men's basketball coach Jonas Hayes and women's head coach Gene Hill took their squads into the new arena for a look at where the Panthers will be playing this coming season.

Construction of the 7,500-seat facility at the intersection of Fulton Street and Capitol Avenue is scheduled to be completed August 2022.
