Ed Joyce Spring and Summer ID Camps Announced

ATLANTA – Georgia State women's soccer head coach Ed Joyce has announced his 2022 Spring and Summer ID Camps which are designed for high school age players that aspire to play college soccer.

All four camp dates will take place at the new Georgia State Soccer Complex located just a block from the State Capitol.

Dates and Times:
Sunday, March 20 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sunday, April 23 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Saturday, July 23 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sunday, July 24 – 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

The camp will expose players to a Division I college training environment located at the Georgia State University soccer complex. All participants will be trained and evaluated by college coaches while interacting with the Georgia State Women's Soccer coaching staff and players. Campers will experience a similar training session to that of the Georgia State University Women's Soccer team while focusing on the technical and tactical components of the game in both small and large sided sessions.

The cost is $125 per camp day. There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee for the camp, with no exceptions. Groups who sign up with six or more players will receive a discounted price of $100 per player per day.
Cancellations 14 days prior to camp will have all fees refunded except the $100. Cancellations 72 hours of fewer to camp will not be refunded. Participants are encouraged to bring necessary training gear such as cleats, shin guards, water bottles, etc.

Georgia State wrapped up the 2021 season in November going 9-4-7, including a 3-1-6 mark in Sun Belt Conference play. The Panthers finished in third place in the conference and advance to the semifinals of the Sun Belt Championship.
