Notes & Milestones from Win Over ODU

Georgia State won for the third time in the last four games with a 31-17 Homecoming victory over Old Dominion at Center Parc Stadium.

INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS

> With 52 yards rushing, Tucker Gregg raised his career total to 2,165 yards as he passed Tra Barnett (2,156) for the Georgia State record.

> Gregg scored his 24th career rushing touchdown, already the GSU record. He now needs two scores to equal Albert Wilson's record of 26 total touchdowns (rushing/receiving/returns).

> QB Darren Grainger had his second career 100-yard game with 104 yards rushing.

> Grainger climbed into eighth place in GSU history with 1,160 rushing yards at GSU.

OFFENSE

> Georgia State topped 200 yards rushing for the 14th time in the last 16 games.

> The Panthers are No. 1 in the Sun Belt and No. 10 in FBS with 230.6 yards rushing per game

> Georgia State's third quarter drive that ate up 10:12 on the clock is the longest drive in program history. The previous record was a 9:01 drive vs. WKU in the 2017 Cure Bowl.

DEFENSE

> Georgia State held ODU to 26 yards rushing, the third-lowest total in program history. ODU's 283 total yards are the 10th-lowest figure in GSU history.

> The Panthers forced two more turnovers and now have 18 on the season to rank No. 6 in FBS.

> The six sacks are one behind the school record of 7 vs. ULM in 2017 and South Alabama in 2020.
