Nsoseme Named GSU Student-Athlete of the Week

Leading the Panthers to a sweep of a two-game road trip in Louisiana, men's basketball student-athlete Eliel Nsoseme is this week's Georgia State Student-Athlete of the Week.

Nsoseme nearly averaged a double-double a game before finishing just shy at 9.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.

He opened the week with five points, 10 rebounds, and four blocked shots leading the Panthers to a 68-64 win at Louisiana.

On Saturday he recorded his second double-double in conference play with 13 points and 13 rebounds while going 6-of-8 from the floor.

For the season, Nsoseme is averaging a double-double of 10.2 points and 10.0 rebounds per game while shooting 67.4 percent from the floor.

Nsoseme and the Panthers will return to action on Thursday hosting Troy at 7 p.m., at the GSU Sports Arena.
