Beach Volleyball Adds Creamer to Coaching Staff

ATLANTA- Georgia State beach volleyball head coach Beth Van Fleet has announced the addition of Tiffany Creamer to the Panthers' coaching staff. Creamer played for GSU for one season as a graduate transfer in 2018.

"Tiffany is - and has been, an asset to our program since she arrived on campus in the fall of 2017 as a grad student ready to play her final season of beach volleyball," said Van Fleet. "She brought years of experience to our squad and a level of professionalism rarely seen in the college space. It was clear to our staff, even back then, that she would be an excellent coach if she chose to pursue that path."

Creamer transferred to Georgia State after a four year career at Stetson. As a Panther, she was one of two players to see action in every match during the 2018 season. Creamer recorded the second most wins on the team, splitting time in the top two flights. She registered wins over several conference rivals including two top-ten opponents. Creamer earned CCSA All-Tournament Team honors after winning three of four matches at the conference tournament to conclude the season. Additionally she represented the Panthers at the 2018 USAV Championships and earned the AVCA Top Flight Award.

Upon graduation Creamer has continued her educational pursuits by obtaining her second graduate degree. Along with her studies she has continued to play a role in the GSU beach volleyball program as a graduate assistant.

"I am so excited for the opportunity to work as the assistant coach for the beach volleyball program at GSU," said Creamer. "I love that I will be working with Van Fleet who is an outstanding head coach. Under her leadership the GSU beach program has accomplished an outstanding record. I cannot wait to see what this season will hold for these amazing women."

Georgia State beach volleyball finished the shortened 2020 season with an 11-3 record, including an eight game winning streak. Currently, Van Fleet and Creamer are gearing up for the upcoming beach volleyball season.
