Football Players Ring Bells For Salvation Army

ATLANTA (Dec. 1) - Four members of Georgia State's inaugural football team took time to help ring the bells for donations for the Salvation Army.

Since 1891, the Salvation Army has used its red kettles throughout the world to help the needy during the Christmas season and all year.

Their theme is "Doing The Most Good" as the money always goes to help others, not the charity organization.

The Panthers took their turn at the red kettle, ringing the bells at the Peachtree Center location on Atlanta's most famous and main downtown street, Peachtree Street.

Cade Yates, Brett Beidel, Emmanuel Ogbuehi and Scott McQueen were the first participants.
