The 2009-10 Georgia State Cross Country and Track and Field media guide is now available online. The 64-page book contains bios on all the coaches and student-athletes as well as an overview of GSU's impressive cross country and track and field past.

The cross country teams are preparing for the upcoming CAA Championships, which will take place next Saturday, Oct. 31 in New Market, Va. The track and field teams open the season at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational in Johnson City, Tenn., from Jan. 22-23.
