Chaese Vaudrin is the director of basketball operations on head coach Jonas Hayes' first Georgia State staff.
Vaudrin comes to Georgia State after one season as the director of operations at Xavier, where he worked alongside Hayes and assisted the staff in guiding the Musketeers to 23 victories and the 2022 NIT Championship.
Before going to Xavier in 2021, he spent two years with the Hoop Group, which conducts youth basketball camps and tournaments. Vaudrin joined the Hoop Group as an intern in the summer of 2019 and was elevated to a full-time position as the Director of Skills and Middle School Tournaments in September of 2019.
Vaudrin graduated from Geneva College of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While at Geneva, he was a 1000-point scorer and four-year starter on the basketball team. After graduating from Geneva, he spent a year as a varsity men’s basketball assistant coach at his alma matter, Uniontown Lake High School.
