Nick Franchak joined the Georgia State Athletics staff as the Driector of Ticket operations in August 2026.
Prior to joining Georgia State, Franchak served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Louisville, a position he held beginning in August 2022. In the role, he managed ticket operations through Archtics, TM1 and Account Manager, overseeing ticket sales, distribution and reporting. Franchak served as the primary ticketing contact for baseball and student tickets while also collaborating with departments across Louisville Athletics on events and promotions. He also trained and supervised ticket office staff and worked with donors, season ticket holders and patrons through Discovery SSB and Salesforce CRM.
Franchak began his career in ticket operations as an intern with Louisville Athletics from 2021-22. In that role, he assisted with customer service, payment processing, gameday ticket operations and ticketing event builds. He also assisted with 2022 football season ticket renewals for no-rep accounts, helping generate approximately $90,000 in season ticket, donation and parking revenue.
While attending Louisville, Franchak served as a student manager for the Cardinals men's basketball program from 2018-22. He assisted coaches and student-athletes during practices, games and individual workouts while supporting the program's day-to-day operations.
Franchak earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and sport administration from the University of Louisville in May 2022.
