Georgia State University Athletics

Lucy Kaiser joined the Georgia State Athletics staff as the Assistant Director of Donor Relations in October 2025. In this role, she supports philanthropic engagement through premium seating and hospitality management, alumni and donor communications, and fundraising stewardship initiatives.

Kaiser came to Georgia State after beginning her development career at Kennesaw State University, where she served as the Assistant Director of Development for Athletics. She brings expertise in fundraising strategy, premium experiences, event planning, and donor-centered engagement designed to enhance the overall supporter experience.

A native of Georgia, Kaiser earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Georgia Southern University.
