Indoor Track and Field 2009:  Competed in the 200, 400 and 500-meter runs during the indoor season...Placed first in the 400m at the Tiger Paw Invitational with a season-best and team best time of 57.66..Recorded season-best time in the 200m at the Tiger Paw Invitational, finishing in third place with a time of 25.09...Best 500m time was recorded at the Clemson Invitational where she finished in first place with a time of 1:17.88.

Outdoor Track and Field 2008: Competed in the 200m dash at the FSU Snowbird and finished with a time of 24.99...At the Georgia Tech Invite, crossed the finish line in 24.99...Also competed in the 400m where best finish coming at UGA’s Invite with a time of 56.91...Named CAA Runner of the Week with the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams...Won the CAA Championship as a member of the 4x100m team, finishing in 45.48...Won the CAA Championship as a member of the 4x400m team with a  3:43.01...Earned All-CAA honors in the 4x100m and 4x400m...Qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the 4x100m and 4x400m...Competed in the Penn Relays as a member of the 4x400 relay team and finished sixth in the finals with a 3:48.06 clocking.

Track and Field 2007: Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Prep: Became the first female state champion in Mt. Zion High School history in 2004-05, winning the 200m and 400m...Holds the school records for the 400m and the triple jump...Was an honor roll student during the 2005-06 school year.

Personal: Born on May 19, 1988 to Charlyn and Ellis Lawson III...Has four siblings and aspires to attend graduate school...Major is exercise science.
