2016: Played and started in all 17 matches this season for over 1,600 minutes on the field … Scored two goals off penalty kicks, including the match tying goal in the 1-1 draw at UL Lafayette … Ranked third on the team for goals … Helped anchor the backline to lead the team to nine shutouts, the second most in program history for a season … Fired two shots for a 1.000 shot percentage and a 1.000 shot on goal percentage.

2015: Played every minute of all 21 games this season at left back ... Had one assist and two shots this season ... Her shots came against Alabama A&M (9/11) and Arkansas State (10/2), with her shot against Arkansas State being on goal ... Was an intergal part of a four game stretch where only one goal was allowed ... Won the majority of her 1 v 1 battles. 

2014: Started all 20 matches and played every minute at left back this season … Assisted on Ashley Nagy’s match-winning against in-state rival Mercer (9/19) … Helped the Panthers’ defense record six shutouts this season and establish a new school record by not allowing a goal in more than 487 minutes over a six-match stretch … Attempted three shots this year … Took one shot against Belmont (9/7), Troy (10/17) and Appalachian State (10/24).

2013: Started all 17 games at right back for GSU as a true freshman ... Totaled more than 1,520 minutes played ... Attempted three shots during the season, including one on goal at UT-Martin (9/13) ... Helped the GSU defense record four shutouts during the season.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Collins Hill High School ... Named most valuable defensive player during the 2012 season ... Named team captain in 2013 ... Four-year member of Atlanta Fire United (Elite Club National League) ... Recorded seven goals and six assists ... Team won Region 7 AAAAAA in 2011 ... Will join sister Margaret, a sophomore, on the Panther squad.

Personal: Amanda Marie Bruemmer was born on Aug. 4, 1994, in San Antonio, Texas ... Daughter of Rodney and Helen Bruemmer ... Has an older brother, Rodney Bruemmer II, and older sister Margaret who also plays for Georgia State ... Exercise science major.
