2026 (TRACK): Competed in 12 events during her freshman indoor and outdoor track and field seasons... Claimed a third-place finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal-best 10:38.24 time at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track and Field Championship (May 14-16)... Also claimed a ninth-place finish in the 5,000 meter event with a personal-best 17:39.91 time at the Championship...  Had a third-place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase at the East Coast Relays (May 1)... Clocked a personal-best 4:40.31 time in the 1,500 meter, and claimed a third-place finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, at the Georgia Tech Invitational (April 17-18)... Claimed a title in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and a second-place finish in the 5,000 meter at the Don McGarey Invitational (March 27-28)... Recorded a personal-best 2:18.35 time in the 800 meter event at the USF Invitational (march 20-21)... During the indoor season, clocked a personal-best 10:41.01 time in the 3,000 meter at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship (Feb. 23-24)... Won the 3,000 meter, and placed eighth in the mile event with a personal-best 5:16.13 time, at the Samford Invite (Feb. 13)... Claimed a second-place finish in the 3,000 meter event at the UAB Invitaitonal (Feb. 7)... Participated on the 4x400 team that claimed a second-place finish at the Samford Open (Jan. 17)... Claimed three top-10 finishes at the UAB Blazer Invitational (Jan. 9), including a seventh-place finish in the mile and the 4x400 relay and an eighth-place finish in the 3,000 meter race.

2025 (XC): Competed in four meets throughout her first cross country season... Closed a personal-best 5k time at the Sun Belt Conference Championship meet (Oct. 31) with an 18:12.4 time... Recorded a personal-best 6k time in the Georgia Tech XC Invitational (Oct. 3)... Won her first 5k with an 18:18.3 time at the UNG XC Invitational (Sept. 12)... Claimed a sixth-place finish at the Julius Johnson Invitational 5k (Aug. 30). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in Cross Country and Track and Field for four years at South Cobb High School…Earned All-State Honors in Cross Country (2004) and Track and Field (2025)…Two-Time All-American…Qualified for the Track and Field State Championships in all four years…Set school records in the 1600m, 3200m, and 5000m in Cross Country…Helped her team finish with the highest GPA in 2024…Ran for Cobb PAL out of the Cobb Police Athletic League
