Cross Country 2009: Competed in four meets during the fall season...Had a season-best time of 20:44.77 at the 5K Greater Louisville Classic...Began her season at the Commodore Classic finishing it in a time of 21:13.01...Also ran in the 6K CAA Championships (24:46.46) and the NCAA South Regionals (24:55.04).

Track 2009: Competed in two the Virginia Tech Challenge and the Tiger Paw Invitational during the indoor season...Improved previous-best time of 11:34.09 time in the 3,000 to the team's second-best time of 10:05.05 at the Virginia Tech...Competed in the 5,000 during the outdoor track season and ran a season-best 18:58.23 at the CAA Championship to place 19th.

Cross Country 2008:  Competed in four meets and ran a season-best 21:10.73 at the 5K Crimson Classic...Was the second Panther to cross the finish line at the UTC Front Runner meet, finishing in 12:59.

2005-2007: Attended Mercer University...Competed in cross country during freshman year...Ran a season-best 14:17 at the Mercer Invite to place 22nd...Helped team to a ninth-place finish at the A-Sun Championships, with a personal top-50 finish at 19:58...Ran the Georgia Collegiate Championship course in 20:48 as the team finished fourth.

Prep: Attended George Walton High School...Lettered in cross country and track for four years...Was the 2005 cross country team captain...Received all-county, metro, region, and state honors...Five-time state meet medal winner in cross country and track...Top 10 all-time Walton performer in the 3,200-meter run...Was the region champion during senior year.

Personal: Born on January 14, 1987 in Atlanta, Ga., to Brent and Terry Miller...Chose Georgia State for the academics and coaching staff...Majoring in geology.
