Whetstone entered competition with GSU as a graduate transfer from Florida Gulf Coast and charted a 26-14 overall record for the season at flights No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4... Paired with Yasmin Kuck for a 24-12 record at flights No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4... Earned AVCA Top Flight honors for the spring... Downed nationally-ranked opponents twelve times including No. 2 TCU to clinch the victory for GSU in the second round of NCAA Championship play... Defeated No. 7 Grand Canyon in the first round of the NCAA Championship... Collected ranked wins twice facing No. 13 FIU and once facing No. 10 FAU in the inaugural Conference USA Beach Volleyball Championship... Named All-Tournament Team following the Panthers winning the first ever C-USA Beach Volleyball Championship... Earned C-USA Pair of the Week honors on March 9 after a 4-1 finish at the Horned Frog Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas highlighted by a victory over host No. 5 TCU at the No. 2 flight with Whetstone... Downed ranked opponent FGCU on April 15... Charted ranked wins facing No. 18 Pepperdine on April 2, twice facing former team Stetson on March 4 and March 27, Tulane on March 18 and South Carolina on March 5... Helped lead the Sandy Panthers to a historic 2022 season and NCAA Tournament run highlighted by the first ever C-USA Beach Volleyball Championship and an upset over second-seeded TCU to advance to the NCAA round of six... The win over TCU notched a school-record 28th victory for the Sandy Panthers and marked the largest upset in NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship history, the first time GSU has secured a second victory in NCAA Tournament play throughout the history of GSU athletics across all sports and tied the school record for highest-ranking victory in GSU athletics history... The team's No. 7 ranking for the final AVCA Coaches Poll marked the highest finish in a Division I Collegiate Poll for any team in GSU sports history

Florida Gulf Coast (2018-21)
Despite having her junior season cut short after four matches due to Covid-19, Whetstone finished her career at FGCU as the program’s all-time wins leader (67), while also checking in second in winning percentage (.736). As a senior, she became the first Eagle to produce multiple 20-plus win campaigns, while also pushing her postseason record to 10-4. After spending four years in Fort Myers and earning a bachelor’s in economics and finance, she utilized her graduate season with the Georgia State beach volleyball program, where she is working on a master’s in finance.

Knocked off team-high five ranked teams to finish with a program record eight in a career ... Became the program’s first-ever ASUN Scholar Athlete of the Year ... Went 3-1 in postseason play with Johnson ... Became program’s all-time wins leader with 67 and concluded career with second-best win percentage (.736).
 
2020 (FGCU)
One of four players to post a 4-0 record prior to season being cut short due to CoVID-19 … Went 3-0 with Snowy Burnam at the No. 2 pair … Won her lone match with Giovanna Borgiotti at No. 1 in what was her first match at FGCU without Burnam as her partner.

Went 24-5 along with Snowy Burnam … Became first pair in program history to eclipse 20 wins and record a winning percentage over .800 in a season … Broke program’s single-season wins record … Highest winning percentage in a single season … Defeated a pair of ranked teams, while handing Rachel Noble and Ana Costa of Stetson their lone ASUN loss of the year … ASUN all-tournament team selection with a 5-1 record, which represented the most wins in one postseason in program history … Won nine straight matches from April 12-20, which tied Giovanna Borgiotti’s program-record streak.

Went 16-10 (.615) along with Snowy Burnam … Broke program’s freshman wins record … Named the program’s first-ever ASUN pair of the week (3/13) … As a No. 4 pair, their 16 wins topped Leigh Pudwill and Madi Wilcox’s record of 10 set in 2017 … Picked up her first career win over a ranked team (3/10) against No. 15 FAU alongside Burnam, which was just the program’s second win over a ranked team at the No. 4 spot including win over No. 8 Stetson (3/23/16) by Madi Wilcox and Elisa Anne Aldrich … Joined Burnam on the ASUN’s All-Freshmen team … Produced first career win over a ranked team (3/10) against No. 15 FAU, which was just the program’s second win over a ranked team at the No. 4 spot.
