Charted a 4-1 record in her final season with the Sandy Panthers while competing at the No. 5 flight in every appearance... Saw action at the exhibition flight throughout majority of 2022 season... Honored as Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Individual Winner for Beach Volleyball for the 2022 season.. Contributed to the Sandy Panthers' historic 2022 season and NCAA Tournament run highlighted by the first ever C-USA Beach Volleyball Championship and an upset over second-seeded TCU to advance to the NCAA round of six... The win over TCU notched a school-record 28th victory for the Sandy Panthers and marked the largest upset in NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship history, the first time GSU has secured a second victory in NCAA Tournament play throughout the history of GSU athletics across all sports and tied the school record for highest-ranking victory in GSU athletics history... The team's No. 7 ranking for the final AVCA Coaches Poll marked the highest finish in a Division I Collegiate Poll for any team in GSU sports history

2021 
Earned a 2-1 record...Made each appearance on the top court with Eden Hawes...Defeated Spring Hill at the NOLA Classic on March 19...Added to her win count with a victory over Tusculum on April 3 at the College of Charleston...Participated in exhibition play several time with partners Angel Ferary, Olivia Stasevich, and Kaylee McClure

2020 
Participated in one dual with partner Bekah Brodbeck on court five...Defeated St. Petersburg at the Stetson Spring Fling on Feb. 29...Competed in exhibition play five times, compiling wins over FAU and Mercer...Season was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019
Participated in and won two duals with Bekah Brodbeck... Defeated pairs from Austin Peay and Lincoln Memorial in the number five flight... Both wins were in two sets... Participated in the number six flight, earning four wins with Bekah Brodbeck. Defeated the six pair from No. 2 Southern California at the GSU Day of Duals event.

Played indoor volleyball for Ronald W. Reagan High School...Lettered four years...Was named to the All-Conference team in each of her final three seasons...Named Athlete of the Week by Winston-Salem Journal in 2016...Led her high school team to the state semifinal in each of her final three seasons...Was named Beach Best Pair by North Carolina High School Association in 2017...Helped team to a third place finish at the 2017 beach volleyball playoffs...Named to the Crosby Scholars Honor Society...Named AAU Academic-All American...Junior Marshall and top ten in graduating class.

Full name is Bailey Jane Hatchett...Born September 8th, 2000 in Manhattan Beach, California...Daugher to Marissa Hatchett...Mother, Marissa played indoor volleyball and was a two-time All-American at UCLA and would go on to professional indoor and beach volleyball careers...Bailey intends to major in Spanish and International Business.
