2021
Batted .250 in a career-high 44 starts…Led the team with 18 stolen bases…Finished second on the team with 17 walks…Made #1 on ESPN Sportscenter Top 10 with an amazing diving catch on a line-drive in GSU’s 4-1 victory over Georgia Southern in the Sun Belt Tournament…Scored two runs in games against UNCW, North Florida, Texas State, and in both games against Chattanooga…Recorded two stolen bases in games against North Florida, Chattanooga, Coastal Carolina and Georgia Southern…Drove in two runs in Game 1 against Coastal Carolina April 17…Drew two walks against Miami on February 27.

2020
Hit .268 in 19 starts and was a perfect 4-for-4 on stolen base attempts… Recorded four multi-hit games including a 3-for-4 day against Rider on Feb. 29… Scored three runs against Illinois State on Feb. 8… Stole a base in three straight games Feb. 16-22

2019
Batted .238 with three triples as a junior… Led team in walks, stolen bases, and runs scored… Sexton stole 12 bases on 13 attempts... Had a great defensive season with 103 assists and multiple highlight plays at third base… Sexton recorded six multi-hit games including a 4-for-4 game against Eastern Illinois on Feb. 16… She went 3-for-3 against Hofstra and went 2-for-3 against ULM with two runs along with a triple... At the Samford Classic, Sexton went 8-for-15 (.533) at the plate with a double, two RBI, and four runs scored.

2018
Made 18 starts and played in 25 games… Hit .263 with a double and an RBI… Did not get caught stealing on three attempts… Scored 14 runs… Was 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored on Feb. 17 against Delaware.

2017
Played in 46 games as a freshman and made 34 starts in the infield… Hit .218 with 14 runs scored, two doubles and two RBI… Stole six bases on seven attempts… Recorded 54 assists and 18 putouts on defense… Went 2-for-4 at the plate at Georgia Tech on March 29 and also went 2-for 4 at Kennesaw State April 11.

Prep
Sexton played varsity softball at Buford High School where she was a four-year starter on a team that won the Georgia High School State Championships in all four years of her career... During her senior Prep:year she batted .487 from the leadoff spot and .579 with runners in scoring position... She is a career .442 hitter to go along with her career on-base percentage of .500... She had 34 stolen bases her senior year and 106 total stolen bases during her four years while only being thrown out 8 times during that same time frame... She played in 755 career innings while scoring 145 runs... During her career she has received the following awards: Gainesville Times All-Area, All-Region, Gwinnett Daily Post All-County, GACA All-State, Gwinnett Daily Post “Super 6” and Gwinnett Diamond Club All-County... She was also just named to the 2015 Georgia Dugout Club All-Star team... She played her travel ball with the Atlanta Vipers and has previously played with the Georgia Impact and EC Bullets.
