OUTOOR TRACK and FIELD 2015
Limited outdoor season saw a best high jump of 1.57m (5-1 3/4) in the outdoor season opener at JSU Quad in finishing first...Jumped 1.55m (5-1) at USF in only other high jump of season...Competed in long jump in those same first two events of season with best of 4.99m (16-4 1/2) with a 15th-place finish at USF Bulls Invitational...Did not compete in triple jump.
INDOOR TRACK and FIELD 2015
Competed in three jumps during first collegiate indoor season...Had best long jump of 5.36m (17-7) in finishing ninth at ETSU Buccaneer Invite...Jumped 5.30m (17-4 3/4) at Samford...Top high jump of indoor season was 1.59m (5-2 1/2) at UAB Blazer Invite in finishing 11th...Had a pair of 1.53m high jumps (5-0 1/4)...Longest trip jump of season was 10.63m (34-10 1/1) in finishing 10th at UAB Green and Gold Invitational.

Excelled as a long jumper, triple jumper and high jumper at Spartanburg High School in Spartanburg, S.C...Ran the 100 meters and with the 4x100 relay team...In the long jump, Smith finished third at the South Carolina state track championship and had a season-best in this event in 19-1 (5.8m), edging out her 18-10.25 (5.75m) for personal-best leap...In the triple jump, she went 38-7 (11.76m) in winning at the Carolina’s Cup meet...Her top high jump was 5-6 and she was third at the S.C. State Track Championship with a jump of 5-4...Was named Most Outstanding Field Female Athlete in winning all three events (high, long and triple jumps) at the Spartanburg County track meet...Earned status as an all-region honoree in all three events as well....2011 Spartanburg Herald Journal Female Athlete of the Year.

Born Sept. 9, 1995 in Spartanburg, S.C...Daughter of Kenneth Smith II, a pastor, and Lisa, a math teacher...Has three brothers: Christopher (20), Christian (17) and Kenneth III (15)...Loves music and sings in church choir and also plays musical instrument...Majoring in criminal justice.
