Rosner returned to Georgia State Athletics as Associate A.D. for Finance in January 2015. He oversees the Athletics budget, while reviewing and approving all financial transactions the program makes.
Rosner has worked in multiple departments at Georgia State. His most recent stint was with the College of Education serving as College Business Services Officer from 2012 through 2015.
Prior to that, he served as their Business Manager from 2008 to 2012. He not only managed, maintained, and coordinated expenditure reviews, but also maintained human resource records for the School of Art and Design.
His first stint with GSU Panther Athletics business began in 2005 as a Senior Accounting Assistant. He helped coordinate team travel while working with the Business Manager and Associate A.D. of Business with accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
Rosner has also served as a Gameday Staff member with Georgia Tech since 2008, assisting and coordinating gameday promotions. He held the same role with the Atlanta Dream from 2008 through 2012 and Georgia State from 2005 through 2011.
Prior to returning to Georgia State, Rosner served as both an Inventory Control Specialist with Apple Computer Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and Operations Manager with Competitive Resources Group Inc. from 2004 through 2005.
Rosner graduated from Radford University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies. He earned his Master’s in Sports Administration at Georgia State University in 2004.
