Kevin White

Biography

Kevin White originally joined the Georgia State Athletics staff in 2009 and currently serves as Associate Athletics Director for Business Operations and Finance. In his role, he provides financial leadership in areas of cost saving strategies, short- and long-term strategic planning and budget oversight and analysis.

White also serves as a sport administrator (women's soccer, women's cross country, women's indoor and outdoor track and field) in addition to providing daily oversight and management of the athletics department budget. In July 2013, he also took on interim duties for football scheduling, and administrative oversight for the men's soccer, strength and conditioning and sports medicine programs.

Previously, White served as Assistant Athletics Director for Business and was the Panthers' travel coordinator after serving for one year as a gameday marketing operations assistant for ISP Sports at Georgia Tech men's basketball games.

A valuable member of the senior leadership team at Georgia State, White also serves on the membership committee for the Collegiate Athletic Business Managers Association (CABMA). He was also selected to be a part of the 2011 NCAA Leadership Institute.  He was a facilitator for the NCAA Career in Sports Forum in 2013 and is a past board member of the Greater Chattanooga Urban League, past president of the Young Urban Professionals Group (Greater Chattanooga Urban League) and past member of the City of Chattanooga's Mayor's Stop the Violence Committee.

A 2001 graduate of North Carolina, White started his affiliation with Georgia State as a graduate assistant for men's basketball in 2008 before completing his master's of science in sports administration a year later. White later added a master's in business administration from Kennesaw State in 2012
