Broadcast Coordinator

Dave Cohen enters his 37th season as the radio play-by-play announcer and 22nd year as the Georgia State Broadcast Coordinator in the 2019-20 school year. 

Cohen handles the details for the live football, men's basketball and baseball radio broadcasts and oversees the broadcasting of all Georgia State women's basketball games. Cohen added Panther football to his schedule following 12 seasons as a member of Furman University's football radio network in Greenville, S.C. Throughout his tenure in Atlanta radio, Cohen has worked for WRAS-FM, WGST-AM, WCNN-AM, WSB-AM, and WGUN-AM. Cohen was awarded Georgia State's prestigious Sparks Award in 2016 and was inducted into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame (GRHOF) in 2017.
