2016 CROSS COUNTRY
Recorded five top-25 finishes including a pair of top-20 finishes… Placed 18th at the JSU Struts Invitational with a 4k time of 6:07.6… Finished 22nd, 25th and 25th at the Gerald Richey Invite, USC Upstate Invite and Front Runner Invitational, respectively… Placed 3rd at the Trojan Invite on Sept. 24… Ran her best 5k at the Sun Belt Championships, placing 16th with a time of 18:59.2.
2015 CROSS COUNTRY
Joined team on October 13 and ran final three races with Panthers...Began with the Berry 6k and finished seventh with time of 23:59.54...Was second on GSU team in Sun Belt Champiionship with 5k time of 19:25.0 to place 22nd...Clocked a 23:08.91 6k time at NCAA South Region in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to finish 132nd overall.
2014 CROSS COUNTRY
Enrolled at Georgia State in fall of 2014, but did not compete in athletics.

Indoor Track: Ran to a personal-best 5:22.61 in the mile to finish 13th at the Redbird Invite...Finished 14th at the Wisconsin Elite with a time of 10:44.94 in the 3,000-meter race...Captured a seventh-place finish at the IWU Invite with a 5,000-meter time of 19:17.87.
Cross Country (Illinois State)
Ran two races with Redbirds round her injuries, clocking a 5k time of 20:07.20 and a 6k time of 24:07.5

Earned academic all-state honors for that performance ... Finished fourth in the 1,600-meter run at the 2011 Wisconsin Division I State Track & Field Championships with a time of 5:07.00 ... Won the Loyola Lakefront High School 5K with a time of 18:31 ... Ran a personal-best 4K time of 14:29 at the Arrowhead Invite ...Was three-time team Most Valuable Runner ...
