ATLANTA-- Georgia State beach volleyball earns the No. 2 seed in the Sun Belt Conference Championship tournament, as announced by the conference on Saturday afternoon.
The Sandy Panthers are slated to face No. 7 seeded Mercer in match two of the championship on Thursday, April 23 at 12:45 p.m. at the Foley Beach Sports Complex in Foley, Ala.
The two teams will face each other for the second time this season and the 21st in program history, Georgia State is 20-0 in the series against the Bears.Â
Three-time conference champions, the Sandy Panthers are undefeated in the Sun Belt Conference Championship.Â
