TAMPA, FL — Georgia State Women's Tennis fell to the hosting Bulls of USF by a score of 4-0 on Saturday afternoon.
After taking the doubles point from the Panthers, USF needed just three singles wins to secure the victory.
Zeynep Erbakan on court three and
Sveva Bernardi each won their opening set for Georgia State, but straight set wins for USF on courts one, five, and six abbreviated the match, leaving Erbakan and Bernardi unable to play their decisive third sets.
The Panthers will look to bounce back as they continue their tour of Florida, with an 11 a.m. tilt at North Florida being played in Jacksonville on Sunday morning.
