ATLANTA, GA - Georgia State took down Troy in a close 4-3 match at home on Saturday morning. 

The Panthers came out strong on Saturday morning as they took the doubles point with wins on courts 2 and 3. 

In singles play, Sara Radojevic added to the Panthers scoreboard with a 6-2, 6-2 victory on court 5. Maria Paredes followed with a win at the top court, defeating her opponent 7-5, 6-1. 

The Panthers and Trojans were then tied at 3-3 with the match coming down to court 6 in which Pragnya Kumar came out on top in a three-setter, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3, clinching the match for the Panthers. 

Georgia State travels to Georgia Southern and Coastal Carolina next.
