Companion Tickets

Current Georgia State students may purchase up to four companion tickets to each home game. Companion tickets are $10 each after showing a valid Panther ID card. These tickets must be purchased at the GSU Box Office up until one day before the game. The GSU Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m. No companion tickets can be purchased on the day of the game at either the GSU Box Office or at the Georgia Dome.

Student Upgrade Tickets

Students can upgrade the free end zone ticket to a reserved sideline seat for just $35 total for the six home games, less than $6 a game. That can be done at the GSU Box Office at the Sports Arena.

This upgrade offer will apply to a student at any state-supported university in Georgia.

Shuttle Buses

Free shuttle buses run to the Georgia Dome for students. The buses load at the Panthers Den (75 Piedmont Avenue, a half block from the Commons) and at the Sports Arena (Collins Street corner) and begin running the loop three hours prior to the game. Buses drop off and pick up by the Silver Lot near Gate A (the student entrance) at the Dome. Buses continue running post-game for at least an hour after the game to ensure all students get back to campus.

Giveaways and Promotions

Students are offered multiple opportunities to receive free items and enter games and contests with prizes. For example, the opening game includes 15,000 free book bags and 5,000 free tee-shirts. Contests are held during every game to win prizes.

Tailgate Pre-Game Activities
Students are encouraged to join the free activities in the Brown and Orange parking lots prior to all home games. The PantherZone include live music, games, contest, sometimes free food, shows, and even a carnival with rides during one game. The PantherZone is free.

Parking At The Dome
The Georgia Dome and those who own property near the Dome control all the parking lots and parking prices at the Dome. Those rates are not set or controlled by GSU. The Brown lot used in tailgating is $10 per car.

MARTA
The Georgia Dome is easily accessible on MARTA. The most convenient stops are the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena station, offering easy access to Gate D. The Vine City MARTA station is across the street from Gate A at the Dome.

Road Games
Students wishing to attend road games with GSU can purchase tickets for those games at the GSU box office, first-come, first-serve.

Student Reward System
GSU students have the opportunity to earn prizes by earning "Pride Points." Students earn "Pride Points" by attending GSU-sanctioned athletic events (Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Soccer, Baseball and Softball). "Pride Points" are tracked by scanning a Panther ID Card when entering the event. The more points you earn, the more prizes you can win!
